The entire staff is wonderful. They motivate you to work harder. They are so professional, and very personable. I highly recommend the Ferndale Athletico to anyone in need of physical therapy.
Rob was very friendly and helpful. He tried to accommodate my schedule for an appointment, but ended up referring me to the Royal Oak location so I could be seen sooner. He arranged for all of my info to be transferred there, so I wouldn't have to go through that lengthy process again. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism.
I absolutely love this place! I've never had to go to physical therapy before and was extremely nervous going in. The entire staff is very friendly but Rebecca specifically made me feel very welcome and I felt confident that I'd get the treatment I needed. I was discharged today and I feel great!! Everyone was awesome and I never felt like I was being rushed to get better. I couldn't have asked for a better first time physical therapy experience.
