I have had a commercial and a residential roof put on by Ruok. Both came out great, with superior materials and better pricing than their competition.
Update 3/15/17 - Tim never followed up with a quote....
Nothing but professionals who work fast, efficient, and still produce high quality craftsmanship! These guys tore my 30 sq roof off and put it back IN ONE DAY! NO LEAKS! If you have a problem with your roof call these guys!
Look for a different service for your residential roofing needs in the Pointes. Ruok is non-responsive and not customer oriented.
Update: Tim called the following Monday indicating there was a snafu with scheduling with his assistant. He committed to an updated time and to put together a quote and was spot on time. - Will circle back on review after quote and work product completed.
we set up an on site call to fix existing roofing leaks on our home (due to the age of the home...almost 100 years old) and to also look for a full roof replacement in about 2 years through remodel work. We were expecting them to arrive at the appointed time. 30 mins after the appointed time, I made a call to check in with the the owner via owner's cell and office lines, with no response, my wife and I gave up on the expectation of service once we were 1.5 hours post the appointed time.
